In most cases I do offer returns, I just am not opting into the new eBay Managed Return Process.  Unless my listing specifically states, "SOLD AS IS!" or "RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED" in the description, I will accept returns if contacted within 7 days of the item being received.  eBay's new Managed Return Process has too many holes and puts another barriers between the buyer and the seller.  If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me through the eBay Messaging process so I can work with you.  Unfortunately, eBay has made a change to their system so sellers cannot offer returns managed by the seller, the seller is force now to either use eBay Manage Returns or select "No Returns Accepted" as the business policy.  Hopefully eBay will see the error in their ways and go back to the system that was working fine. If the seller provides ‘Free Shipping’ it means they have already factored in the full cost of shipping into their pricing. If you happen to buy 10 items from that seller, you are paying full shipping on 10 items even though they may ship them all in one box. I on the other hand post the shipping cost and if a buyer buys more than 1 item, I can provide them with a consolidated shipping discount. If you win more than 1 item from me, please contact me, before you pay so I can send you a consolidated invoice.
